The Zone Face Lift
A unique facial treatment designed and taught by Zigge Bergman the Facial Reflexology Expert. This three in one treatment was inspired by native American Indian shaman practices and Ziggie’s own face reflexology map. Together, they’re combined with facelift massage techniques you can really feel and Gua Sha to further lift and sculpt. This holistic facial helps to release emotions held in the face. It helps to lift the face, mind and spirit as a truly relaxing and restorative experience, for aging well. This unique treatment can be enjoyed as a stand-alone treatment or a programme of 6 or 12 weekly sessions.

Your treatment includes a minimum of 75 minutes hands on time, and additional time for to allow you to adjust from deep relaxation to waking.
Many treatments can be combined with others to create a 60-, 75- or 90-minute treatment. The price of the treatment depends on the treatments combined. Courses of treatments may also be purchased at a discounted rate.

The Gua Sha Stone Medicine Facial
The Gha Sha Stone Medicine Facial is a special treatment using natural stone/crystal tools. It involves fluid rhythmic movements of smooth natural gemstone tools (including rose quartz, black obsidian, clear quartz to name a few) to sculpt and lift the face, clear stagnation and puffiness and gives a natural glow to the skin. Gua Sha originates in Traditional Chinese Medicine and facial Gua Sha is a gentle treatment that can be applied to the décolletage, neck, face and scalp. This specialist treatment includes facial acupressure points associated with lifting the face and can if desired include points in the scalp also associated with lifting the face. The combination of Gua Sha self-care treatments at home and professional Gua Sha treatments can turn things around quickly for glowing skin and keep it at a radiant level.
*Both Zone Facelift and Gua Sha are not suitable over areas treated with botox or fillers. Areas of inflammation and rosacea must also be avoided however the treatments can be adapted, so please contact me if you’re unsure.
Facial Cupping
Facial cupping is a modern innovative treatment using medical grade silicone cups. The technique generates a gentle suction when applying the cup to the face. Using static and dynamic movements, facial cupping can help to reduce the appearance of wrinkles, sculpt the jaw, and reduce puffiness under the eyes. Facial cupping helps to refresh and refine the skin giving you a natural radiance. It is ideal to add onto any other facial treatments to target problem areas including the décolleté or as a stand-alone treatment. Regular treatments of between 6-12 are recommended and a home care facial cupping programme helps to improve results in between treatments. Also available online.
*Facial cupping is not suitable over areas of rosacea, broken veins, or capillaries, broken or sore or inflamed skin or areas with fillers/botox. It is not safe for use during pregnancy as it covers many acupressure points that are contraindicated during pregnancy.
